NovAtel has released SPAN3.042 firmware for the OEMV series. This update includes:
- Latest OmniSTAR HP 4.28 Library
- Kinematic Velocity Threshold Change: SPAN users now need to move at 1.15 meters per second (approximately 4 kilometers per hour) with a roll angle of less than 10 degrees for kinematic alignment initialization.
This update requires an authorization code in order to install. Please contact us to request auth code(s) for your receiver(s).

Firmware version 2.312s19 has been released for the Propak-LB, Propak-LBplus, and certain OEM4/Omnistar capable receivers. This new firmware includes the latest OmniSTAR VBS (2.10) and HP (4.28) libraries. This affects users currently using the OmniSTAR satellite based corrections service.
Users will need to upgrade their GNSS receivers to this version in order to keep receiving VBS, XP, HP corrections. The broadcast format will change in the coming months. Please download version 2.312s19 using the link below. View the official NovAtel announcement (PDF).
