This may affect some users of NovAtel GLONASS capable receivers. It is recommended that if you have a GLONASS model, to check your firmware version and upgrade if necessary.<\/p>\n<h2><!--more-->Affected Products<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>OEMV Series\n<ul>\n<li>OEMV-1, OEMV-2, OEMV-3<\/li>\n<li>Required version 3.907 or higher<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>OEM6 Series\n<ul>\n<li>OEM615, OEM628, OEM638<\/li>\n<li>Required version 6.510 (OEM060510RN0000, OMP060510RN0000) or higher<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This only affects GLONASS-enabled receivers. GLONASS tracking will be temporarily interrupted on units operating during the leap second addition. GPS tracking will not be affected and will continue to output a GPS position during the event. OEM6 units may report an integrity warning.<\/p>\n<p>Receivers powered up during the leap second introduction that have an outdated almanac will experience difficulty tracking GLONASS satellites.
